FIRST AID AT WORK

firstaidThis 6 hour Emergency First Aid at Work course is designed for employees who are required to take responsibility for first aid in their work place. This 6 hour course follows the health and safety first aid syllabus. Candidates will fully understand their role as first aiders and fell comfortable providing immediate first aid care.

Course Content

Taking and monitoring vital signs
What to do in an emergency (casualty assessment)
Dealing with an unconscious casualty
Basic life support (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation -CPR)
Heart attack and angina
Choking
Serious bleeding and shock
Other topics can be added depending on the client’s needs
